Tinos Beach Hotel Renovation Completed

DDA has completed the renovation and redevelopment programme for Tinos Beach Hotel, delivering the renewed hospitality property following an extensive programme of project and construction management.

The works covered the full guest journey — arrival and public areas, guest rooms, food and beverage outlets, pool and beachfront facilities — coordinated around the constraints of an island site and a fixed operating season.

DDA acted for the owner throughout, holding design coordination, procurement, cost control and site delivery together so that the property could be handed over ready for operation.
